About The Artist:

I started designing jewelry in 2007.    Although my Mother was an accomplished artist, based on previous failed attempts at various arts/crafts, it seemed I had not inherited any of her talent.

But one day, after examining a favorite piece of jewelry that had fallen apart, I thought, "with the right tools, I could fix this."  So began my journey.

As I learned new techniques, I found I really loved the seemingly unlimited color palette of beads, but enjoyed working with metals.  So mixing the two is one of my favorite things to do!

My other love is chain mail!  It's a centuries-old art, used in early times to create coats of maille to protect warriors in battle.  I like it's use for jewelry much better, and never dreamed I would find a use for high school geometry.  The symmetry and geometric flow of chain mail = unlimited possibilities!

All jewelry on this site is meticulously handcrafted using USA-manufactured sterling silver wire.  Where possible, I also use clasps and beads that are manufactured in the USA.
